GPS.AL works with fleet operators who need to know where their vehicles are, how they are being driven, and what they are costing to run. That covers four connected disciplines: GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics and IoT sensor monitoring.
We serve operators based in Albania as well as fleets running internationally, which shapes how the platform is set up: multi-language use, cross-border journeys, and reporting that has to satisfy different offices at once.
The work is rarely just software. Getting a fleet properly instrumented means choosing the right device for each vehicle class, confirming what each vehicle can report, fitting or reusing hardware, and then building the alerts and reports that make the data act on itself.

Say what the data can do
Telematics has real limits — GPS accuracy, sensor tolerance, what a given vehicle exposes on its CAN bus. We state those limits up front rather than discovering them during a rollout.
Configure before we sell
A demo against generic sample data proves very little. We would rather understand your vehicles, depots and reporting duties first and show the platform in that shape.
Hardware follows the requirement
The device is chosen from what you need to measure, not from what is convenient to stock. Sometimes that means reusing hardware you already own.
Support in your language and timezone
Albanian and English support, with practical help during installation and the first weeks of live use, when most questions actually appear.
