Pricing
Priced on your fleet, not on a headline number
We quote per fleet because the honest answer depends on hardware, sensors and installation — not just on how many vehicles you run.
Fleet telematics pricing has two parts: the one-off cost of getting each vehicle instrumented, and the recurring cost of keeping it connected and on the platform. How those two parts land depends almost entirely on what you need to measure.
A fleet of company cars needing location and mileage looks very different from a refrigerated distribution fleet that needs calibrated fuel sensors, temperature probes and door monitoring on every unit. Both are reasonable requirements; they simply do not cost the same.

What a quotation is built from
Number of vehicles and assets
Each tracked unit carries a recurring platform and connectivity cost. Larger fleets are quoted differently from a handful of vans.
Hardware class per vehicle
A plug-in diagnostic tracker, a hardwired unit with CAN reading, and a solar asset tracker sit at very different price points.
Sensors and extra inputs
Fuel level sensors, temperature probes, door contacts, driver identification and camera inputs each add hardware and installation cost.
Installation requirements
Self-fitted plug-in devices cost nothing to install. Hardwired fitting across a dispersed fleet is a scheduled technical job.
Integrations and reporting
Standard reporting is included. Feeding data into an ERP, TMS or payroll system is scoped separately based on the target system.
Contract term
Term length affects how hardware and platform costs are balanced across the agreement.
FAQ
Questions about pricing
Because a single per-vehicle figure would be misleading. The same fleet size can differ several times over in cost depending on hardware class, sensors and installation. We would rather give you a figure that holds than a headline number that changes after the site survey.

Send your vehicle list and what you need to measure. We will come back with a quotation that sets out hardware, installation and recurring costs separately.
