Solution
Driver Management
Turn raw driving data into a fair, consistent measure of how each driver performs.
Driver management scores events that the device detects — harsh acceleration, harsh braking, sharp cornering, speeding and excessive idling — and attributes them to the identified driver rather than only to the vehicle.
Scores are normalised by distance so a long-distance driver is not penalised against someone doing short urban runs, which is what makes the comparison defensible in a performance conversation.
Capabilities
What driver management includes
Driver identification
Assignment by schedule or by in-vehicle identification hardware so events attach to a person, not just a plate.
Behaviour scoring
Weighted scoring across harsh events, speeding and idling, normalised per 100 km.
Event detail
Every event carries time, location, speed and severity so it can be reviewed in context.
League tables
Ranked views by depot, group or period to find both the coaching cases and the examples worth sharing.
Trend tracking
Individual score history to show whether coaching actually changed behaviour.
Working time view
Driving, stopped and idle time per driver per day for operational planning.
Outcomes
What teams use it for
- Base safety conversations on evidence rather than impressions
- Reduce the harsh-event rate that drives tyre, brake and fuel cost
- Recognise consistently safe drivers with a measure they trust
- Spot rising risk before it becomes an incident
